Payment Methods
Payment methods are used to add credits and fund auto-recharge. Runcrate uses Stripe for secure payment processing.
Adding a Payment Method
Go to Billing
Navigate to Dashboard → Billing.
Open Payment Methods
Scroll to the Payment Methods section.
Click Add Payment Method
Click Add Payment Method. A secure Stripe form will appear.
Enter Card Details
Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVC.
Save
Click Save. The card is now available for top-ups and auto-recharge.
Managing Payment Methods
Each saved payment method shows:

| Last 4 Digits | Last four digits of the card number |
| Expiry | Card expiration date |
| Default | Whether this is the default payment method |
Set Default
Click Set as Default on any payment method to make it the primary card for top-ups and auto-recharge.
Remove a Card
Click Remove to delete a payment method from your account.
You cannot delete your default payment method. Set another card as default first, then remove the old one.

Stripe Customer Portal
For advanced billing management, click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can:
- View and download all invoices
- Update billing information
- Add tax IDs
- View payment history
Security
Runcrate never stores your full card details. All payment information is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security compliance. Your card data is encrypted and stored securely by Stripe.
